Welcome,

I’m Christina, an integrative therapist working with adults and young adults who are healing from trauma and wanting to feel more connected to themselves.

I’m based in North London and work primarily online with clients across the UK.

Have a look around and feel free to get in touch to arrange a free initial consultation.

Navigating life’s complexities can be hard - whether thats past trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, identity, life transitions, or something else. It’s welcome here at Therapy with Christina.

Finding a therapist isn’t always easy. We’re all human, built for connection, and I truly believe that the relationship we build together is at the heart of the therapeutic process. That’s why I will always strive to bring my full self into the therapy space and invite you to do the same - creating an environment built on honesty, warmth and trust (and often a bit of messiness too).

While I have experience working with a range of topics, I have a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced trauma and want to understand how their experiences affect their behaviours, relationships and patterns today.

As a woman with ADHD, I understand the weight of feeling like your brain is working against you. I also have a keen interest in supporting neurodivergent and suspected neurodivergent clients, offering a space where you don’t need to mask - you can come as you are.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, but about exploring what’s been holding you back, reconnecting with your authentic self and moving towards a life that feels more like your own.
