At the core of my practice, I draw from psychodynamic, person-centred and attachment-based approaches, helping us explore your emotional world, your relationships, and the patterns that shape how you show up in life.
I am a member of the BCAP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical guidelines.
I’m a passionate practitioner who is fiercely on your side - which might look different from what you expect. I may challenge you, validate you, or encourage you to sit with something that feels difficult. But I will always have your best interests at heart.
