Life can feel nonstop, and sometimes you just need a moment.Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together. A space to breathe, pause, and come back to yourself. You don’t need to prove you’re struggling to deserve support.

You’re allowed to rest.

Christina Bryan MBACP

I am an integrative therapist, which means that I’m trained in several therapeutic approaches and can adapt the way I work to suit your individual needs. At the core of my practice, I draw from psychodynamic, person-centred and attachment-based approaches, helping us explore your emotional world, your relationships, and the patterns that shape how you show up in life.

I am a member of the BCAP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical guidelines.

I’m a passionate practitioner who is fiercely on your side - which might look different from what you expect. I may challenge you, validate you, or encourage you to sit with something that feels difficult. But I will always have your best interests at heart.

Experience

I have experience working in a North London secondary school supporting young people aged 12-18, before moving on to an online therapy service for survivors of abuse, and later, an incredible women’s centre offering therapy to women who have experienced hardship or trauma, where I continue to see clients today alongside my private practice.

Through this work, I’ve supported clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, loss and grief, understanding neurodiversity, exploring identity, navigating life transitions, and rebuilding after relationship or family breakdowns. It’s a privilege to sit with someone in their time of need and just as much of an honour to witness those powerful moments of growth along the way.

In between sessions, you’ll find me riding the waves of motherhood with my two young children, walking the dogs, catching up with my wonderful girlfriends, and hunting down great coffee and food wherever I can.
